Hotel Bella Firenze

This hotel is a hidden gem just next to the train station. Its location close to the center means you're so close to everything Florence has to offer. The attentive staff made our stay even better, providing us with almost all the basic amenities we needed in our cozy room on the top floor. The breakfast spread was delicious, with made-to-order coffee and an array of tasty homemade treats.

No major issues, everything was great.

The hotel is very close to the main train station and conveniently located near other attractions. The room was small but comfortable, with good air conditioning and a cozy breakfast area. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering umbrellas on rainy days. There were also necessary facilities provided like a kettle and glasses for guests to enjoy their own drinks.

The bathroom was a bit cramped in terms of space.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was very close to the train station, making it extremely convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean room and friendly staff who provided helpful recommendations, including a fantastic Italian restaurant across the hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Tuscan wine upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to the bus station for easy transportation. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even recommended a great Italian restaurant across the street that gave us a discount. the room was clean and had everything we needed.

The only drawback was that there was no elevator in the hotel, but the staff was more than happy to help us carry our luggage upstairs. the room could get a bit hot at night and adjusting the temperature was not easy.
